Pollen Notes: Deeply nested pages

I want to include sub-sub-pages on my pollen site

This comes from a specific problem I have encountered:

I have a site, designed in Pollen. I want to have sub-pages (for example, a blog in a /blog/ directory). I also want to have sub-sub-pages (for example, notes on a class in a /university/class/ directory). I know I can use an index.ptree to do the first.

How do I do the latter?
